If you live in American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands and have FirstNet, you can only view and pay your bill online. Open the app to check usage on the overview screen. You can still manage your FirstNet account on att.com or with the myAT&T app. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands) and have FirstNet, you aren’t eligible for FirstNet and Family. If your account includes two first responders, each person will use their FirstNet credentials to access myAT&T.
